30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at bs101480@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo at bs101480@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.
